A grapefruit and sour cherry Mezcal Paloma – smoky and complex with lovely balanced sour notes, made with QuiQuiRiQui Joven.
Our Grapefruit, Sour Cherry and Mezcal Paloma is made with QuiQuiRiQui Mezcal which comes from Hackney via Oaxaca. The agave plant is roasted underground for 48 hours where it picks up it’s distinctive smoky flavour before being hand milled and allowed to wild ferment.
We then blend that with a cold pressed Grapefruit Juice and a touch of sour cherry.
